My friends and I had a fantastic and relaxing time at a homestay close to the beach. The spacious rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the free bikes provided to pedal to Hoi An. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we ended up extending our stay from 2 nights to 5.

The rooms at Bien Dao Homestay Hoi An are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the private bathroom with its bath and bidet, it felt so luxurious and relaxing. The air-conditioning and flat-screen TV were great additions too. Plus, having a kettle in the room was convenient for making tea or coffee.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom. It was a bit awkward to use, but hey, maybe others enjoy it.

This homestay was absolutely mind-blowing! The rooms were super clean and modern, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They organized all kinds of tours and transportation for us, and the breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious. The beach was just a stone's throw away, and it was only a short 10-minute walk to the village center with amazing restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

I really enjoyed cycling and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. The private beach area was a nice touch. Free bicycles were handy. Cons: The dry cleaning/laundry services were just sooo disappointing, I mean, who needs clean clothes anyway?

The accommodation is in a great location, just a short stroll to the beach and a convenient 10 minutes away from the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite modern in their decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a special and memorable stay. The breakfast, though simple, is excellent.
The only downside is the lack of a safety box in the room.

The room was cozy and well-decorated, creating a romantic ambiance for our escape. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the convenience of having it served directly in our room.
We were disappointed by the location of the hotel. It was quite far from any main attractions or beaches, making it difficult for us to explore the area on foot.

The rooms are super cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom that has a wonderful bath and bidet! It's like having a spa in your room! As a young family, we absolutely loved it.
Personally, we didn't find the ceiling fans in the rooms necessary with the air conditioning provided. But we understand that some guests might appreciate them for a more natural cooling experience.

As a satisfied traveler, I had a delightful stay at Bien Dao Homestay. I stayed for a few days and Hu, the owner's husband, was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. The location is just a short walk or bike ride from the main strip, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were decent, and I appreciated the safe in the room. I had a great experience and would have extended my stay if I could.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was absolutely amazing - the bathroom was jaw-droppingly nice and spacious, cleaned to perfection, and the bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was great and the mini bar charges the same as the local minimart, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts and staff made me feel right at home, and the fast internet and English movie channels were a bonus. The rooms were bright, spacious, and clean, with modern AC that didn't blow directly on your face at night. The modern bathroom was a nice touch and the house was well-built, providing good isolation from noise and heat. The beach, just 100 meters away, had comfortable longchairs and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the main stretch of beach and restaurants. The wavy beach was a fun experience, with two breaks for waves and a strong side current near the shore. An Ban restaurants were easily accessible by a pleasant small road or by the beach, and Herb Island was just a short bicycle ride away with a fantastic restaurant and gardens. Hoi An was also just a quick bike ride away, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Lastly, the surrounding countryside and water areas were truly breathtaking, with plenty of small roads to explore by bike. In conclusion, my stay at this homestay was fantastic and I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy everything it had to offer.
